A thick blanket of white snow covers mountain meadows, roofs and woodland. You could hear a pin drop. Just now and again, there is the hushed sound of a walker's feet crunching on the snow.

Skiing across country

Through chilly fairytale forests and across meadows dusted in snow. Gliding through seemingly unending winter landscape on skis following the trails. The network of cross-country ski runs features over 200 kilometres of the Upper Pustertal Valley, 120 of which through the district of Toblach – Dobbiaco. For beginners, the Nordic Arena is the perfect place to practise, while for the more expert ones, it can be a starting point. There is a waxing bench at Apartments Eden specially for cross-country skiers: so that you're always on the right track.
